After installing Gyazo will appear in the system tray (or you can pin Gyazo's icon for easy access), you just need to click on the application to start the screen capture. Especially Gyazo supports shortcuts, Ctrl + Shift + C is the default keystroke for capturing the screen, Ctrl + Shift + G for capturing GIFs.
You can customize these key combinations to suit your usage habits, right-click on the Gyazo icon on the desktop or in the system tray and select Settings. On the dialog box Gyazo Settings appears, you select the keystrokes to perform the screen capture operation.
From now on, whenever you want to take a screenshot, simply press the pre-set shortcut key. After selecting the type of shot, the mouse cursor on the screen will turn into a cross, allowing you to drag and capture any area on the screen you want.

There is a small note that when you press the shortcut, you press and release immediately afterwards, if you keep it, it will force you to take photos many times before returning the mouse to you. If too many pictures are taken at the same time, the device will be frozen. It also requires an Internet connection to be able to upload your photos to the system.
